To explore networking opportunities for the Development of Information and Communication Technology in the Asia Pacific Neighborhood

The SIG aims to establish networking opportunities among researchers.

To achieve this objective, the SIG will:
Invite distinguished academics to serve as keynote/invited speakers for the relevant theme-based sub-conference in ICCE

To facilitate the sharing of research and best practices for the Development of Information and Communication Technology in the Asia Pacific Neighborhood

The SIG aims to reduce the research gap between researchers from advanced countries and those from the underrepresented countries. To achieve this objective, the SIG will:

Organize a new theme based sub-conference starting from ICCE 2012 to exchange research findings. Other scholarly activities such as theme-based workshops and forums will also be organized in tandem with the SIG’s maturity;
